Fried bee hoon, Pu Tian-style, with seafood in it. It had a most unusual taste which we couldn't pinpoint. A bit dry, but somehow very "more-ish".
Some strange kind of clams we had which is not of that "bamboo clam" variety, though bearing a remarkable resemblance to the same.
