Siam

After a tiring few days up north, bidding our final farewells, we headed back home for some quick shopping before S had to leave to go back to Chi-town. Kelantan Lane's business transactions spiked for that day...

Then, in the evening, A&W (harhar) brought us to experience the all-new (to us) experience of Siamese Steamboat/Hotplate Grill.

First, you oil the grill part with LARD so your food wouldn't burn and stick to it...
Then you pile on as much food as is possible, without it sliding down into the lower rim, which is filled with soup. Then you shove it into your gaping mouth, after dipping it into the tasty chilli sauce mixture they serve with this. Yum yum!


Then look back at (possibly) the youngest slave in employment in Singapore cleaning up the mess you've made...
